Hi, I'm Mary...I am the mother to an energetic and gifted little boy, and engaged to my best friend. I have always had a passion for photography since the age of 6 when my dad asked me to hold up a polaroid and take a photo of him and my sister.

 

He said to me " Hold it straight and make sure our head and bodies are centered in the square." From that day forward, I have always had a facination of taking photos in High School of classmates hanging out and now looking back at all those memories, I understand how important it is to capture life's images, and how beautiful and facinating it is to look back.

 

When I was in college, I really wanted to major in Photography but at that time, I was told to do something that I could make money from and there was no future in photography, I was told that I could not be successful at it.

 

So, I decided to major in Computer Science instead. During my college years, I got my first photoshop program. I learned how to make Graphic designed photos and embedding images and layers, it was so exciting and interested to me I loved it and never stopped creating!

 

Working a Medical Biller I decided to start a small business in web design called BIO web design, because in the earlier years businesses were just not online. I found and made a marketable way to make a small business be availiable all the time, even if they were closed. The business was found because they had a very basic website.

 

From that moment I was obsessed with graphic design and marketing I decided to change my major to Business Management and a Minor in Marketing, but things happend in life and bills had to get paid. So I had to take time off from college temporarily, to work full time. I soon got a really amazing opportunity to do marketing for a small growing company, I set up events, designed all flyers, brochures, website, business cards and even the logo and I have never stopped learning, working hard and being artisitic with many ideas.

At this moment in my life I have finally found the time to grow as a photographer and have my heart in it 100%. I'm still learning everyday and that's a beautiful thing. I'm ready to share and show the whole world my point of view and being able to capture moments of my life, places and things that happen. I want to help a business grow and be successeful because of a photo I captured. I love all things creative and enjoy seeing other's creativity as well.

This is my burning desire, I take possession of this skill and my unique vision to grow and strenghthen my skills to be the best for myself, and my clients. CBA stands for: Conceive, Believe, Achieve. If you concieve it, you will believe it and if you have the desire, you will achieve it.

 

At this time, I am a licensed photographer and availiable full time. I am also a volunteer with Mistlin Art Gallery in Modesto CA. I will be becoming a member and will be showing my photography artwork in January 2016.
